Plain-language summary: this website has no first-party analytics, advertising pixels, account forms, or marketing cookies. In the iPhone beta, Fame AI processes the creator information and content needed to prepare scripts and Series, plus limited product events used to keep the service working and improve the workflow. Current video recordings stay on your device or in Photos unless you choose to share them outside Fame AI.
1. Scope and who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how Fame AI ("Fame AI," "we," "us," or "our") handles information when you visit this website, participate in the private beta, or use the Fame AI iPhone application and related services (together, the "Service").
Fame AI is currently in private beta. A dedicated privacy email, the operator's legal name, and a postal contact will be published here before the Service becomes publicly available. Current beta participants can use the support channel supplied with their beta invitation. Account deletion is also available inside the app under You → Account.
This Policy does not cover third-party websites, social platforms, or services that you choose to use separately, even if Fame AI helps you prepare content for them.
2. Information we collect
Website data
The public website does not include a sign-up form, first-party analytics, advertising pixels, or marketing cookies. Cloudflare, our website delivery and security provider, may process ordinary request information such as IP address, browser and device information, requested page, timestamps, security signals, and diagnostic logs to deliver and protect the site.
Account and installation information
- A random installation or device identifier used to support anonymous beta use, request integrity, and account linking.
- If you choose Sign in with Apple: the Apple account identifier and any name or relay email Apple makes available according to your choices.
- Authentication records such as hashed or encrypted session credentials, sign-in timestamps, and account status.
- App version, build number, platform, and basic request diagnostics.
Creator profile and work
- Your niche, content lanes, audience, platform, publishing rhythm, preferred formats, tone, voice notes, proof assets, boundaries, avoided topics or phrases, and other Creator Model choices.
- Ideas, prompts, briefs, scripts, quizzes, Guess games, Series plans, episode directions, edits, and content you ask Fame AI to generate or improve.
- Learning choices and feedback, such as formats or openings you choose, reject, edit, save, record, or mark as published.
- Source and evidence information attached to factual content where the feature requires it.
Usage and performance events
We process limited event data about actions in the app—for example, onboarding completion, generation success or failure, script saves, recording starts, export results, Series state changes, and feature errors. These events can include the installation identifier, time, app build, selected format or lane, and bounded technical properties. General product analytics are designed not to include raw video.
Camera, microphone, Photos, and recordings
Fame AI requests camera and microphone access only for recording features, and Photos access only when you ask to save or open media. The current beta stores video files on your device or in Photos. Fame AI does not upload raw camera or microphone recordings to its servers as part of the current product. The app may keep local recording metadata—such as duration, local asset identifier, thumbnail reference, and creation date—to show your Library.
Purchases
If paid access is introduced, Apple may process payment details and send us purchase or subscription status, product identifier, transaction identifier, and expiry information. Fame AI does not receive your full card number from Apple.
3. How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- provide, personalize, and maintain the Service;
- build your Creator Model and prepare relevant content directions, scripts, Series, and recording guidance;
- process AI generation requests and return results;
- save and sync eligible account data across sessions;
- authenticate users, prevent duplicate or abusive requests, enforce limits, and protect the Service;
- diagnose errors, measure whether workflows complete, and improve product reliability and usefulness;
- administer beta access, subscriptions, entitlements, support, and account deletion;
- comply with law, enforce our Terms, and protect users, Fame AI, and others.
We do not use your private scripts or recordings to create public creator profiles, sell advertising, or promise outcomes such as views or follower growth.
4. Service providers and AI processing
We use service providers only where needed to operate the Service. Their processing is governed by their own terms and our arrangements with them where applicable.
Cloudflare
Cloudflare delivers and protects this website and may process network, device, and security information. Fame AI may also use Cloudflare infrastructure to route or protect service traffic.
Apple
Apple provides Sign in with Apple, TestFlight distribution, device permissions, Photos integration, and App Store purchase processing where applicable. Your Apple privacy choices control what Apple shares with us.
Google AI services
Fame AI uses Google's Gemini services for some generation and editorial workflows. The prompt, relevant Creator Model context, source material, and requested output instructions may be sent to Google to generate a response. Do not submit material you do not have the right to use or highly sensitive personal information that is not necessary for your content.
Infrastructure and databases
Hosting, database, logging, and security providers may process stored account content and technical data on our behalf. We limit access to what is reasonably needed for their role.
AI training: Fame AI does not claim ownership of your creator content. We do not intentionally use private beta content to train a public Fame AI foundation model. Provider handling of submitted data is also subject to the provider terms and settings applicable to the service configuration we use.
5. Legal bases
Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on one or more of the following:
- Contract: processing necessary to provide the Service you request.
- Legitimate interests: operating, securing, debugging, and improving the Service in ways that do not override your rights.
- Consent: for device permissions or other optional processing where consent is required. You can withdraw permission through iOS Settings.
- Legal obligation: meeting tax, accounting, safety, law-enforcement, or other binding requirements.
7. Retention and deletion
We retain account and creator data while your beta account is active and as reasonably needed to provide the Service. Generation records, learning events, and security logs may be retained for reliability, abuse prevention, audit, or legal needs. Local drafts and recordings remain on your device until you remove them, sign out with local clearing, delete the app, or manage the corresponding Photos assets.
You can request permanent account deletion inside the app under You → Account → Delete account. The current deletion flow removes the account, synced Series, learning history, and associated server data, and clears Fame AI's local drafts on that iPhone. Photos assets are controlled separately in Photos.
Limited information may remain temporarily in protected backups or where retention is required for security, fraud prevention, financial records, dispute resolution, or law. We will not use retained backup data for ordinary product activity.
8. Your choices and rights
- Camera, microphone, and Photos: grant or revoke access in iOS Settings. Core planning and script review can remain available without recording permissions.
- Creator Model: edit your niche, lanes, voice, formats, proof, and boundaries in the app.
- Sign in with Apple: use the app anonymously where supported or choose to connect an Apple account.
- Account deletion: use the in-app deletion control described above.
- Local content: remove drafts and recording metadata in Fame AI and manage saved videos separately in Photos.
Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, object to, or delete personal information and to appeal certain decisions. During the private beta, use the beta support channel supplied with your invitation to make a request. We may need to verify your identity before completing it.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information, including scoped authentication, hashed or encrypted credentials, access controls, request validation, and provider security controls. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access or loss will never occur.
Protect your device and account credentials, use official support channels, and do not send passwords, authentication codes, or payment card details inside creator prompts.
10. Children
Fame AI is not directed to children under 13, and the private beta is intended for people who can legally agree to the beta terms in their location. If local law requires a higher minimum age for consent to online services, that higher age applies unless a parent or legal guardian validly authorizes use.
If we learn that we collected personal information from a child in violation of applicable law, we will take steps to delete it.
11. International data transfers
Fame AI and its providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Those countries may have different data protection laws. Where required, we use recognized transfer mechanisms or other safeguards for these transfers.
12. Changes and how to contact us
We may update this Policy as the beta changes. We will revise the effective date and provide additional notice when a change is material or when law requires it.
For the current private beta, contact Fame AI through the support channel included with your beta invitation. You can also use the in-app account controls for deletion. Before public availability, this section will be updated with the operator's legal identity, dedicated privacy email, and postal contact.
Questions about use of the Service are also governed by our Terms of Service.
